Are you organised, people-focused, and looking for a role where every day is different? We're looking for a HR Administrator to provide essential support across our HR function, while also assisting our CEO and Board of Trustees.
What you'll be doing:
Handling HR admin -- contracts, payroll info, records, and staff queries
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training
Keeping HR systems accurate and up to date
Providing admin support to the CEO & Trustees, including meetings and minutes
What we're looking for:
HR admin experience (CIPD Level 3 desirable, not essential)
Excellent organisation, IT, and communication skills
A proactive, flexible approach and strong attention to detail
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
