An Exciting Opportunity to Join Our HR Team!
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to support our HR team with a variety of administrative tasks where no two days are the same. This role is key to ensuring smooth collaboration and consistency across all HR functions, while also playing a part in delivering our employer brand and values. You'll be a vital link in the team, helping to build strong relationships across the business through clear and confident communication.
What Will I Do?
You'll work closely with our Senior HR Advisor and wider HR team, assisting with completion of live in accommodation reporting, ensuring employee profiles on the HR system are kept up to date, drafting employee relations letters, oversee emails for the HR Inbox, taking notes at HR meetings and maintaining accurate HR reports.
Your attention to detail, IT and organisational skills will help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
