Role
You will be an integral part of the Edinburgh office and work closely with the Finance Manager and all staff. It is vital that you are a good team member with a positive and enthusiastic approach to HR administration. You will also need to be self-motivating and able to work independently and under your own initiative. We encourage our team to grow, and, in this role, you will be supported by a senior member of AOC who will assist in improving your skill set and furthering your career.
Key parts of your job will be
:
Handle day-to-day HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Maintain accurate HR documentation
Maintain employee records (attendance, leavers, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, pensions, etc.
Help implement company policies and procedures
Help foster a positive workplace culture
About you:
Proven experience in an administrative role within human resources or a related field.
Payroll experience preferred but not essential
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Personable outlook and able to fit in with a small, friendly, professional team
