Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. Here we produce all sportscars types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a HR Administrator in the HR Department to join us in our manufacturing plant based in Hethel.

Summary:

To ensure all aspects of the HR team are supported and all data is recorded accurately and on time.

What you'll do:

To work as part of a team to:

+ Support the HR BP team in meetings with note taking/meeting organisation + Maintenance of multiple HR in box responses (HR, recruitment, L&D, Performance management, Early Careers etc)
- Talent Acquisition - Support with the arranging of interviews + Support with the allocation of employee benefits including healthcare and cars + Collate HR data for reporting
+ HR reporting and analytics as required across all HR functions
+ Success Factors - Performance Review System Admin etc. EOY, HY processes, re-routing, testing, launching forms etc. & liaison with China Team, Talent Profile Completions, linking training records from Go1, maintaining employee central with starters/leavers/rates changes
+ Coordinating events - booking rooms, sending comms to participants, sending evaluation surveys, liaising with external suppliers, co-ordinating external visitors coming into Lotus
+ Managing the Learning Hub bookings
+ Managing the Learning Calendar - updating it and ensuring delivery
+ Learning Management System administration - adding new starters, dealing with system issues and liaising with LMS provider with regards to issues and campaigns
+ Support any other HR activity as required.

Additional Information:

This role will be working from our Hethel site, and there will be a requirement for the role to onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.
