We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-driven
HR Administrator
to join our friendly and fast-paced HR team. This is a perfect stepping stone for someone looking to
kick-start or grow their career in Human Resources
. You'll be fully supported with on-the-job training, development opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of HR activities.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of our HR function -- helping us deliver a smooth and professional service to the wider business. From recruitment and onboarding to payroll and training coordination, no two days will be the same.
You'll gain valuable experience across the full employee lifecycle, and work closely with managers and employees across the business. Accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication will be key -- and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that make a real impact.
This role would suit someone from an
administration, legal, compliance or customer service background
who is confident, organised, and ready to learn.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing day-to-day admin support to the HR team across all employee touchpoints
Drafting offer letters, contracts and formal correspondence
Assisting with recruitment admin, interview scheduling and candidate communication
Supporting payroll by gathering and checking data
Keeping employee records and HR systems accurate and up to date
Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries professionally
Coordinating internal training events and preparing materials
Ensuring data handling complies with GDPR and confidentiality standards
Working closely with managers to provide consistent, people-first support
Who You Are
Organised, thorough and naturally detail-focused
Friendly and confident communicator -- both in person and in writing
Eager to learn, grow, and build a career in HR
Able to prioritise and juggle tasks in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable handling sensitive information with care and discretion
Proficient with basic IT (MS Office, email, calendar, etc.)
Previous HR experience isn't essential --
training will be provided
, but a strong work ethic, great communication and a people-focused mindset are a must.
