Due to continued growth, we are expanding our HR team with a newly created position for a dedicated and professional
HR Administrator
. This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day running of our HR operations, with confidentiality and accuracy being essential.
You will work closely with the Group HR Director, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently while safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining the highest standards of discretion.
HR Administrator Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, workwear, and access.
Maintain confidential HR records with absolute discretion.
Oversee compliance checks (licences, training certifications, insurance).
Manage PPE and workwear stock, ordering, and distribution.
Coordinate training activities and monitor documentation completion.
Support reception duties, welcoming visitors and ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
HR Administrator Skills & Experience
Experience in an HR support or administrative role.
A strong focus on confidentiality and professional conduct.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator and proactive team player.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
HR Administrator Hours
Mon to Fri 8am to 2.30pm
(30 hours per week with half hour break)
HR Administrator Offer
22,000 to 26,000 per annum (pro rata)
