What is the role?
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing admin support to UK HR team on a variety of projects and operational processes. They will administer HR systems and processes for associates and coordinate key activities and programs.
Daily maintenance of Success Factors: entering new employees, updating employee information, benefits enrolments, leavers & training records.
Managing the askhr email inbox, responding to internal and external HR related queries providing assistance or redirecting relevant correspondence to the appropriate person in the team
Maintenance of associate personnel records including personnel files, attendance information, compensation history, performance reviews etc.
Support the administrative end to end recruitment process including advertising job roles internally and externally, scheduling panels and interviews, attending interviews when required, performing background checks, issuing employment contracts and general HR administration associated with recruitment
Conduct administrative portion of new-hire orientation including new starter paperwork, IT equipment, start dates, booking and delivering inductions
Organise and maintain employee personnel files and maintain accurate personnel records
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity on a regular basis
Effectively use all HR systems, tools, and programs provided to ensure all data is updated accurately and on time.
It is vital the HR Admin has strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to the changing needs of the HR department and business
Who are we looking for?
Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
Knowledge of and familiarity
Success factors - ESSENTIAL

Excellent written & communication skills
Ability to consistently deliver accurate and detailed information
