About the role




Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases Supporting onboarding and conducting new hire orientations Handling employee queries on policies, benefits, and procedures Administering travel passes and staff benefit programs Generating key HR reports and metrics (e.g. absence, turnover) Assisting with projects that boost employee engagement and workplace culture Processing invoices and purchase orders for HR suppliers Monitoring training records and database accuracy Managing subject access requests and compliance documentation

About you




Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
