HR Advisor
to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our managers and driving business success through effective people practices. We need someone who is strategic in their thinking, confident in their judgement, and ready to be a trusted advisor to the business. You will need to work closely with managers, empowering them to make sound decisions while knowing when to step in, challenge, or escalate issues when needed.
We are Igne Group Limited, a synergetic amalgamation of six companies, renowned within our respective fields, with over 350 years of combined experience. A one-stop-shop for pre- and post-construction services. Igne's six service categories are: site investigation, testing, unexploded ordnance, water wells, geothermal, and geo-environmental.

Key Responsibilities
Align HR initiatives with business goals by coaching managers to make well-informed decisions, while knowing when to push back or escalate complex matters
Support line managers through investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes, ensuring fairness, timeliness, and legal compliance.
Educate and support managers on the application of HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation, enabling them to lead confidently
Manage and maintain HR systems. Use data analytics and key metrics to inform decisions and process improvements
Assist managers in recruitment, supporting interview scheduling, candidate shortlisting, and offer processes to secure top talent efficiently
Actively contribute to HR strategy projects.
Person Specification
Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar generalist HR role, including managing employee relations matters.
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong communication skills, including strong letter writing capabilities
Commercial awareness
Comfortable prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines, adaptable in a dynamic, growing environment.
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to travel UK wide as necessary
CIPD qualified

30,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
