We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking
HR Advisor
to join our People and Inclusion Service. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of transformation, supporting directorates across the Council to drive performance, enable cultural change, and deliver services that make a real impact on the lives of Bury's citizens.
This role is a career graded role and we are looking for someone to join us at either:
Level 2 - Grade 9 31,537 to 34,434
Level 3 - Grade 11 39,152 to 40,777
What you'll do:
Work with managers to resolve workforce challenges.
Provide advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, with a focus on employee relations casework and organisational change.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a HR advisory role within a complex organisation.
Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Commitment to customer service and a passion for public services.

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
