Role Overview
The HR Advisor will provide generalist HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the organisation. The role focuses on employee relations, policy development, coaching line managers, and supporting core HR and people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ER casework
Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coach line managers on best practice in HR matters and employee engagement
Monitor and interpret HR data and trends (e.g. turnover, absence)
Assist with talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning
Contribute to HR projects and business improvement initiatives
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a generalist HR advisory or HR admin role
Good understanding of UK employment legislation
Strong communication, organisational and influencing skills
Ability to analyse data and identify trends and solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office
CIPD Level 3 (minimum) and working towards Level 5
Willing to travel within the UK (up to 20%)
