As we continue to expand to support even more organisations, we are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding HR advice, support, and solutions to a growing portfolio of clients, helping them unlock their people potential.

The Role



You will provide pragmatic and commercially aware HR advice, working closely with SMEs and growing businesses to help them navigate people matters. You will be a trusted partner to our clients, supporting them with everything from employee relations to HR compliance and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of HR issues (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management) Support with drafting policies, contracts, and documentation in line with employment law and best practice. Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Keep up to date with employment legislation and ensure clients are compliant. Build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored HR solutions. Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and learning & development strategies. Contribute to the development of People Savi's growing consultancy offering.

About you



You will have proven experience as an HR Advisor and will bring a pragmatic, people-first approach to HR advice, underpinned by strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to influence, build trust, and provide commercially aware guidance that balances risk with practical solutions. It also goes without saying that you will be highly organised and adaptable in managing multiple clients and priorities. Most importantly, you'll bring a good sense of humour and the ability to handle curveballs with ease, whenever they come your way!
