We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various human resources processes. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Working time:
Monday to Friday
Duties
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain and update our HR system to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
Contribute to the development of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Support with any employee engagement activities, including mental health, physical health and wellbeing initiatives, cultural awareness and D&I
Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and projects
Supporting managers during investigations, disciplinaries and welfare meetings
Offer effective absence management in conjunction with occupational health
Conduct exit interviews and assist in the offboarding process for departing employees.
Experience
Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Advisor or similar position.
Experience working within FMCG.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices within the field of human resources is advantageous.
