This is a key hire for our organisation, where you will play a central role in supporting managers and employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle, helping to shape a high-performing, inclusive culture across the UK, Ireland, and Romania.
In this role, you will provide expert, hands-on HR support to the Management Team and act as the go-to person for HR guidance. You will help ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across all aspects of our people operations in these jurisdictions.
No two days will be the same. From advising on employee relations matters and managing the full recruitment cycle, to supporting line managers and driving our commitment to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will also collaborate closely with the UK and Ireland TSS HR team on shared initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders to provide effective HR support, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end HR processes. Proactive engagement with line managers and employees is a key part of the role.
A proactive and solutions-focused HR partner for managers and employees.
Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing timely and professional advice.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are applied consistently and updated in line with legal and organisational changes.
Proactively manage absence and employee relations issues, both independently and in support of HR colleagues.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping and job postings to interviews and onboarding, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Ensure timely completion of twice-yearly formal performance reviews, working with the HR Consultant to monitor the appraisal process.
Support change management and employee engagement initiatives, including volunteering days and internal communications.
Administer payroll and employee benefits across the UK and Ireland, responding to related queries as needed.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including absence, turnover, and performance data.
Manage leave administration, absence tracking, and flexible working requests in line with company policies.
Oversee HR systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management.
Coordinate the planning, organisation, and delivery of training and development for employees at all levels.
Manager HR Audits.
Support the administration of employee engagement and feedback surveys.
Act as line manager to one direct report, supporting performance and ongoing professional development.
Support and oversee office health and safety compliance and processes.
Support and deliver TSS led people projects and initiatives.
Occasional travel to Ireland and Romania will be required
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or HR generalist role.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law essential, with the ability to interpret and apply it practically; Familiarity with Irish and/or Romanian employment law is desirable but not mandatory, as support will be provided to help you develop in these areas.
Confident managing employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
Demonstrated experience using HR information systems, with the ability to analyse and present HR data clearly and effectively.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with payroll administration is desirable but not essential.
Must be available for occasional travel to Ireland and Romania (typically a few times per year).
