About the Role
We're looking for a passionate, proactive and personable HR Advisor to support our teams across farm, factory, and office environments. This pivotal role covers the full colleague lifecycle and HR Operation, while also supporting day to day operations.
As a trusted advisors to managers, you'll guide recruitment, employee relations, performance management and help foster a positive work place culture. You will also assist in ensuring we meet compliance standards, contribute to health and safety practices and help develop and support our people strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, hands-on HR role working closely with managers and colleagues to ensure a positive and fair working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR support and guidance to managers and colleagues.
Support employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
Coach line managers to manage HR issues confidently and effectively.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
Maintain accurate colleague records and company policies and provide support with HR administration.
Drive colleague engagement initiatives and support retention efforts.
Ensure compliance with employment law, company policy, and HR best practices.
Contribute to workforce planning and hiring strategies.
Holiday and sickness cover for Payroll.
What We're Looking For
Previous HR experience in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, food, agriculture, or similar sectors preferred).
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A hands-on approach and comfortable working across factory floor, farm, and office settings.
A calm, confidential and professional approach to handling sensitive matters.
Qualifications
UK Driving licence, your own transport is essential due to our rural locations.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.

Location & Hours
Based in Shropham, Norfolk; your own transport is essential due to rural location
Full-time Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (47.5 Hours per week)
This role is not offered as remote or hybrid.
Pay
30,000 - 32,500 Per Annum Depending on Experience
