We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time HR Advisor to join our team in Tamworth.

Working days are Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

hat you will be doing:

Actively participate in ER / IR issues and support from start to finish. Provision of a professional and competent HR service providing timely advice and support to managers and employees. Completion of ad hoc HR administration processes and reporting ensuring all data is accurate and produced in a timely manner. Support the site teams by aligning, reviewing and adapting processes as and when required within the wider business. Co-ordinate projects as and when required.

What to bring with you:

Experience of working as an Advisor within a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, adapt and operate at all levels when working under pressure. Organised and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships, having the confidence to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Strong system and MS Office skills. Previous experience of HR systems desirable, specifically Workday and Oracle.
