Age UK is hiring! We're looking for a

HR Advisor

to provide expert support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, ensuring compliance with

employment legislation

and best practices.



This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture that is aligned with our values, supporting

employee relations

and contributing to the development and implementation of

HR policies

and initiatives.



You will act as professional support for line managers within your areas, and across the charity, supporting them to drive performance and continuous improvement in our people practices.

We operate a hybrid-working model, a blend of home and office working. This role will include regular days working from our Warrington office (minimum once per week) at

44 Hardwick Grange (WA1 4RF). Your travel costs to the Warrington office are not covered by the charity.

Demonstrable track record of advising on complex, high volume ER issues including sickness absence, disciplinaries and performance management.

Strong knowledge of employment law in practice and HR policy with the ability to provide pragmatic solutions.
