36,500 - 42,000 FTE per annum

Location:

Worthing - West Sussex with occasional travel to Head office in Essex and other ECL sites.

Hours:

22 hours per week

Contract:

Permanent

Are you looking to join a growing care company in a role which helps colleagues deliver excellent person centred care?

ECL are looking to expand their HR Team with the addition of a part-time HR Advisor in our West Sussex office.

The HR Advisor plays a key role in promoting best practice in people management, supporting employee wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and sector-specific regulations such as CQC standards.

You will work closely operational management and HR teams to create an environment where employees feel values, supported and aligned with the ECL business objectives.

About You

To be considered as

HR Advisor

, you need:

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Experience managing employee relations casework independently. Ability to work with sensitivity and discretion in a confidential environment. Expertise in UK employment law, ER case management, and HR best practices. Proven experience in driving employee engagement. UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites when required.
