HR Manager
to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute their HR expertise in a flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using our HR Management System
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and internal policies
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and HR best practices
Track staff hours, holidays, and other HR-related metrics
Promote a positive and productive working environment
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Requirements:
Must be able to use HR Management System
(Zoho People, Bitrix or similar)
Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
CIPD qualification (preferred but not required)
