What You'll Do

Own the complete employee journey
- from seamless onboarding (with gaming-themed orientations) to professional offboarding, managing contracts and lifecycle documentation end-to-end
Master monthly payroll operations
for our Gibraltar team: process accurately via HRIS tools, handle complex calculations and compliance requirements, hitting deadlines every time
Be the trusted expert
for all HR/payroll queries, resolving issues fast with empathy and professional guidance
Drive data excellence
in our HRIS: maintain accurate employee records and generate insights reports that fuel leadership decisions
Ensure bulletproof compliance
with Gibraltar employment laws, payroll regulations, and data protection standards - maintaining zero-risk operations
Innovate relentlessly
to streamline processes, boost employee experience, and build scalable systems as we grow
What We're Looking For
