We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic trainee/experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Assist in efficient food production and service.
Help in food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
Help with daily kitchen operations, including inventory control and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor portion control and presentation of dishes to uphold brand standards.
Skills
Knowledge of food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Strong team skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Excellent culinary skills with a flair for innovation and presentation.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in restaurant settings or hospitality is highly desirable.
The ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.
