Job summary
We are recruiting for a Inspection Training Admin Support (Apprentice) to join our Ofsted Academy Team.
This role lies within the wider Ofsted Academy team and will be focused on supporting training activities. The role involves administering and supporting the delivery of Ofsted's training activities, ensuring work is of a consistent high quality. The role includes responding to customer queries and providing high quality customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted's well-established team. The post holder will work with high-achieving professionals at all levels, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. About the apprenticeship
You will undertake a fully funded Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, 12 months progressing to Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration. The apprenticeship training programme will take 18 months to complete. Over this time, you will develop skills and knowledge that will support you in a wide range of duties.
When you start the apprenticeship, you will have a tutor to help you make the most of the training programme.
Every 6 to 8 weeks, you will have one-to-one sessions with a tutor. You will think about how to apply your learning to workplace scenarios. This will help you to build up a useful portfolio of tools and techniques.
Over the course of your apprenticeship, you will spend at least of 20% of your working time (one day a week) completing off-the-job learning.
Eligibility
This apprenticeship is open to graduates. Please note that candidates must not already hold, or be working towards, a qualification at an equivalent or higher level in this field (Customer Service or Business Administration).
