Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Internal Business Development Manager to join our team at Impact Workwear. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our customer base across the North East (30 miles radius) by leveraging your expertise in safety equipment and workwear solutions. This position is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide exceptional products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

?????o?????Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North East and beyond

?????o?????Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

?????o?????Generate and follow up on leads, attend meetings and networking events

?????o?????Understand customer needs and recommend suitable workwear and PPE solutions

?????o?????Work closely with our internal teams and UK Sales Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and account management

?????o????? Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide regular reporting on monthly sales activities and performance.

?????o?????Keep up to date with industry trends, certifications and standards

What We're Looking For:

?????o?????Proven experience in business development or B2B sales (ideally in workwear, PPE, or related sectors)

?????o?????Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

?????o?????Self-motivated, target-driven and highly organised

?????o?????A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently

?????o?????Full UK driving licence (as some travel will be required)

?????o?????Preferably experience in Workwear and PPE industry

?????o?????A flexible and adaptable personality to assist other departments at times as we are a small but growing team.
