As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns by handling customer interactions over the phone. Whether it's promoting a new product, collecting market data, or generating qualified leads, you'll be the first point of contact between the brand and the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote client campaigns
Handle inbound customer queries and provide product/service information
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Record accurate information and update CRM systems
Follow scripts and campaign guidelines while adapting to customer conversations
Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, or conversions
Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign success
