As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers as part of our marketing campaigns. Your role is to engage prospects, provide information about our clients' products or services, and generate interest to support sales and lead generation goals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills and gain experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers following prepared scripts and campaign guidelines
Clearly and confidently communicate key messages and benefits of products or services
Record accurate customer information and feedback in the CRM system
Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimise campaign results
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour at all times

Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, enthusiastic approach and eagerness to learn
Previous call centre or sales experience is a plus but not essential - full training provided
