Role Overview:



The

Junior Call Centre Assistant

will support our sales and customer service teams by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients, and helping to promote our marketing services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in marketing, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make and receive calls to engage with clients and prospects. Assist the sales team in generating leads and setting appointments. Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions. Support marketing campaigns by delivering consistent messaging. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily targets and objectives.

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn. Organised and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Previous call centre, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
