As a Junior Call Centre Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing campaigns by engaging with customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote client products and services
Respond to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and clarity

Meet daily and weekly targets related to call volume, conversions, and quality
Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to improve campaign performance

Requirements:
