As a Junior Call Centre Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of our call centre. Working closely with the marketing and campaign teams, you will help coordinate call schedules, track performance, and ensure smooth communication between agents and management. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to gain experience in marketing operations and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and monitoring outbound call campaigns
Support the call centre team with resources, updates, and troubleshooting
Track and report on call performance metrics using internal systems
Maintain call scripts and campaign documentation
Help onboard and train new call centre agents
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and the call centre staff
Ensure consistent and clear communication across teams
Requirements:
