As a Junior Customer Service Assistant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our campaigns. You'll assist in responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the overall customer journey from first contact to final follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at events
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
Help resolve customer concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collect and record customer feedback to support campaign improvements
Assist the marketing team with campaign-related customer service tasks
