As a Junior Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and clients, providing support, answering queries, and representing our brand in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and courteous manner Assist customers with product or service-related questions Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experiences Update internal systems and customer records accurately Provide feedback to improve services and customer engagement strategies Attend training sessions to stay up to date on company campaigns and products

Requirements



No previous experience required - full training provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus) A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
