Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about our marketing services and campaigns
Assist with managing client accounts and updating customer records
Support the resolution of customer issues and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Help with administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Contribute to improving the customer experience by sharing feedback and ideas
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly and approachable manner with a strong customer focus
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow within a marketing environment
Previous experience in customer service is helpful but not essential
