Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in person and over the phone to address enquiries
Provide clear and accurate information about services, campaigns, or promotions
Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all times
Record customer feedback and report issues to the relevant teams
Support campaign logistics and day-to-day operations
Represent client brands with confidence and professionalism
Work closely with the sales and events teams to enhance the customer journey
