Role Overview:


As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you'll be the frontline of communication between our brand partners and their customers. Whether it's assisting with product enquiries, resolving basic concerns, or promoting brand values, you'll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, or via email as part of campaign activity Deliver clear, friendly, and professional responses to questions and queries Assist with onboarding and customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Support marketing campaigns by providing product/service knowledge Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary, following proper procedures Collaborate with team members to meet customer service and campaign goals
