As a

Junior Customer Service Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, supporting marketing initiatives by delivering high-quality service, handling enquiries, and assisting in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communication, looking to grow in the marketing and customer relations field.

Key Responsibilities



Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and in person Assist with customer queries, product information, and basic troubleshooting Support the marketing team by handling enquiries generated from campaigns Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Help resolve customer complaints in a friendly and effective manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and campaign success Contribute to a positive customer experience and company reputation

Requirements



Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage, but not required Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment
