Role Overview



As a

Junior Customer Service Associate

, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, handling client inquiries and providing support related to our marketing campaigns and services. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the smooth delivery of our marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Assist clients with questions about marketing services, campaign details, and account information Log and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently Support the onboarding process for new clients Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's marketing services and industry trends Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service and client accounts

Requirements



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to enquiries in a timely manner Basic understanding or interest in marketing is advantageous Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced marketing environment Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
