As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact between our clients and their customers. Your role will focus on providing friendly, helpful, and informative service across multiple platforms - whether at promotional events, over the phone, or in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with potential and existing customers to provide information about products and services
Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically at live events or campaign locations
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns efficiently
Record customer feedback and support campaign reporting
Assist in setting up event stands and marketing displays
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and campaign goals
Maintain a positive and approachable attitude at all times
