Role Overview:


As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, assisting with enquiries, providing information about our marketing services, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate information about the company's marketing services and campaigns Log and track customer interactions using CRM software Resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to senior team members Support the team in processing orders, bookings, and client requests Help maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and customer experience

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and patient approach with strong problem-solving abilities Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM and other software Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently and maintain attention to detail Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to a positive work environment Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
