As a

Junior Customer Service Representative

, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing campaigns by ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently, positively, and professionally. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about customer care and looking to build experience in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities



Interact with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face at marketing events Respond to queries about promotions, services, and campaigns in a clear and friendly manner Maintain an up-to-date understanding of marketing campaigns to provide accurate information Assist with resolving complaints or concerns quickly and professionally Collect and record customer feedback to help improve future campaign performance Work closely with marketing and events teams to align on customer engagement goals Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications

Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-changing environment Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing industry Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not required
