Role Overview:


As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering queries, and helping drive customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls. Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide detailed product or service information. Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions. Accurately maintain customer records and update systems. Work towards customer satisfaction, retention, and team performance goals. Gather feedback from customers to support continuous improvement. Represent the company and our clients with professionalism and positivity.
