Role Overview



As a

Junior Customer Service Representative

, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting ongoing marketing campaigns. You'll handle enquiries, provide product information, and ensure customers walk away with a positive impression of the brand.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (face-to-face, phone, or email) Deliver clear and helpful product/service information to customers Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally Support marketing events, promotions, and customer engagement activities Gather customer feedback to help shape campaign improvements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
