Arton Plumbing & Heating, a family-run business based in Maidstone, is currently looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience is helpful but not essential - we value enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting customer service operations by answering incoming calls and emails in a polite and professional manner
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments for our engineers
Helping to prioritise customer needs based on urgency and location
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records and service logs
Carrying out general administrative duties such as responding to inquiries and supporting team members with day-to-day office tasks
