As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face and voice of our campaigns, engaging with customers to provide support, answer queries, and represent our clients in a professional, friendly manner. Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person
Respond to customer queries with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism

Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when needed
Keep accurate records of interactions using our CRM systems
