We are looking for a

motivated and detail oriented Junior Office Administrator

to join our dynamic team. This

entry-level position

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day to day office tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining organised, efficient workflows. We are seeking someone with a proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities



General Office Administration



Ensure the office remains clean, tidy, and well-organized. Monitor and manage office supplies, kitchen essentials, and equipment; place orders with suppliers as needed. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. Provide administrative support to the team and assist with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document formatting. Greet and assist visitors, handle general enquiries, and support staff as needed. Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and external contacts. Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Finance and Accounting Support



Process customer quotes and invoices using Xero. Perform basic accounting tasks, including account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies. Monitor customer payments and assist with credit control by following up on overdue accounts. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting. Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed by the team.

Additional Duties



Provide general administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Carry out any other duties as required by the business.

Required Skills and Experience



Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and

Xero accounting software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated A positive, solutions-focused 'can-do' attitude Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette. Basic administrative skills with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
