Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and meal preparation techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to develop cooking skills further. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the kitchen schedule.
