Overall purpose of the role:
Support the delivery of industry-leading hospitality design solutions through technical excellence and digital process management. Ensure that project documentation, BIM data, and design resources meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and usability. By maintaining Revit libraries, developing families, and supporting COBie/specification processes, the Design Consultant contributes to efficient workflows and outstanding customer experience. This role provides a development pathway to a customer-facing Design Consultant position with broader project and client responsibilities.
Key AccountabilitiesCustomer First
- Ensure all technical design outputs (Revit families, CAD documentation, specifications) are accurate, accessible, and aligned with project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal designers, consultants, and project managers to deliver timely, high-quality documentation.
- Contribute to seamless client delivery by supporting project teams with technical resources that meet client expectations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of COBie-compliant data to enhance information delivery to clients.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to prevent errors and support client satisfaction.
Financial Well-being
- Support the preparation of specifications that align with project requirements and budgets.
- Contribute to workflow efficiency through the development of standardized Revit processes and automation opportunities.
- Maintain digital assets to reduce duplication of work and improve team productivity, ensuring resources are commercially effective.

Key Skills & Attributes
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Basic-intermediate skills in AutoCAD (preferred)
- Understanding of BIM standards and data management (desirable)
- Professional Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Education & Experience:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous internship or professional experience with Revit desirable; strong training and willingness to learn will also be considered

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
