We are looking for someone who is confident and humble, able to quickly build rapport with clients, has a strong desire to learn about design, specifically kitchen interiors, and above all, has a proven track record of consultative, client facing sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide expert advice, and create designs using industry-standard software. Strong communication skills and the ability to upsell products will be essential in this role.
Whilst designing kitchens has many technical and detailed aspects to it, for this role, there is no requirement for previous experience working in the kitchen or interiors industry as we are willing to provide all industry relevant training to the right candidate. We would also be delighted to talk to candidates with relevant industry experience too.

Responsibilities
Lead the design process, from initial client conversations through to final design presentation and sign off.
Inspire clients and create designs in line with their aspirations.
Create and accurately cost designs using various software tools and in-house processes.
Identify and recommend products & solutions to meet requirements and enhance the overall design.
Visit client sites to meet clients onside, also to measure spaces accurately
Work as a team player to support, learn, and understand existing projects.
Engage with existing clients and build relationships with new customers.
Work with suppliers to understand new and existing products/solutions
Contribute to our social media presence
Experience
Three year's experience in a client facing sales role
A passion for design and interiors with a keen eye for detail
GCSE (or equivalent) grade A-C in English & Maths.
A clean, full driving license would be advantageous
Experience working with a technical solutions or products would be advantageous
Other Information
Base salary will be c.30,000, plus a performance related bonuses linked to sales performance.
Role is available immediately.
Any role offered would incorporate an initial 6-month mutual trial period.
Showroom cover on Saturdays is required on a rota system with other team members.
