The Role

As a

Kitchen Sales Designer

, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey -- from initial consultation, design, sales, through to completion. We are expanding and looking for talented, motivated individuals who are passionate about design and eager to contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and create bespoke kitchen designs Guide clients through the full sales process -- from concept to completion Use design software (Winner) to bring ideas to life Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative approach Collaborate with our in-house manufacturing and fitting teams

Requirements

Passion for design and a strong eye for detail Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to succeed Proven sales track record Minimum 5 years' experience in kitchen sales and design Full UK driving licence Experience with Winner design software is an advantage (not essential)
