We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of kitchen layouts, renovations, and high-end sales. As a Kitchen Designer, you will work closely with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces that meet their needs and preferences. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen renovations. Utilize design software such as SketchUp and CAD to create detailed kitchen layouts and designs. Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on materials, appliances, and fixtures. Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while upselling additional products or services that enhance the overall kitchen design. Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or changes promptly. Stay updated on industry trends in kitchen design, lighting design, and renovation techniques to provide innovative solutions. Assist with inventory management, stocking of materials, and merchandising within the showroom environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to maintenance, product specifications, and installation processes.

Experience

Proven experience in kitchen design or related fields such as interior design or remodeling is preferred. Strong background in outside sales or high-end retail sales with a focus on customer engagement. Familiarity with construction processes and renovation projects is advantageous. Proficiency in design software including SketchUp and CAD is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in layout design and project management.
