Duties

Assist with food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and safety guidelines Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes in accordance with menu specifications Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and surfaces Support the team during meal service, ensuring timely delivery of orders Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies when necessary Contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for guests through excellent service and presentation

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Basic knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards Experience working in a restaurant or similar environment is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude A genuine interest in culinary arts and meal preparation Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
