Lead Coordinator
to join our busy team. You'll be the first point of contact for new customers, managing leads and booking appointments using our
CRM system

Responsibilities
Manage all incoming leads from Google Ads, website, organic search and referrals.
Qualify and convert leads into appointments for our sales representatives.
Organise and coordinate multiple sales diaries with precision and care.
Keep everything up to date in ourCRM system.
Making outbound calls
Build great working relationships with both sales, marketing and operations teams.
Deliver friendly, professional and informative communication to every customer.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and suppliers.
Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills.
Strong organisational skills -- able to manage multiple diaries and priorities.
Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to challenges.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or diary coordination.
Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or home improvement
Familiarity with Monday.com or other CRM systems.
